When one feel stuck, sometimes the idea of change or transition can seem overwhelming. Issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship distress, loneliness, and low-self esteem can be an indicator that a shift is imminent.  
 
I am here to provide gentle guidance, and a safe, warm, compassionate space to explore these issues.  

​Looking into one's heart and asking "What is holding me back to a more fulfilling life," is the first step to awakening to one's life purpose.  I believe psychotherapy can help clients gain insight into how their past can contribute to current struggles.  ​
